Overview
At IDFC, we recognize the need to develop key skills within the communities we serve. To further enhance the skills pool in Kwazulu-Natal, IDFC has established a bursary scheme to assist qualifying matriculants, based in the province, to acquire tertiary qualifications in specified fields of study at recognised tertiary education institutions in South Africa
Prospective candidates must obtain the application form from the Ithala website at www.ithala.co.za, from Ithala Offices and Branches within KwaZulu-Natal.
The completed application forms can be submitted via email to dreams@ithala.co.za, via post, courier or hand delivered to any Ithala Branch or Office.

Successful applicants will qualify for the following under the Ithala Bursary Scheme:
- Registration and tuition fees
- Accommodation and meals
- Stationery
EXCLUSION:
All other costs that fall outside of the Bursary Scheme policy.
