IGARAS has engaged services of various external institutions and relevant 3rd parties in various projects. These include IT Audit services from the joint venture of KPMG and Gobodo Risk Management, and secure professional support where considered appropriate from other risk professionals like Tip-Offs Anonymous, security management alignment with COMSEC, etc. 

Various and relevant Services are managed through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which are signed with the service provider. IGARAS is the recipient of such services.  During the extension of services to the business, third parties are required to provide transfer of skills and necessary training.

IGARAS as a learning organisation recognises Ithala’s Development Mandate and is open to any development suggestion.
 
While providing its services across all business units and departments, IGARAS staff undertake to provide independent and objective professional services as required by the policies and standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) the professional bodies to which the staff of IGARAS are members (paid for by IGARAS).
