Objective

The purpose of this product is to provide financial assistance to historically disenfranchised individuals to obtain shares in existing, successful, medium sized private companies based in KwaZulu-Natal.

Term of loan

The term of the loan is 5 years but can be extended depending on the business requirements.

Repayment period

The loan can be repaid monthly or structured according to the cash flows of the business.

Security

Minimum security depending on the cession of the shares to be acquired.  Balance of security to be negotiated depending on the structuring of the transaction.
