Firstly thank you to all of you that read; forwarded or contacted us upon receiving our Factory Vacant Site Listing March 2012 listing.
We sincerely hope that you will all continue to support us in getting our message out there about our vacancies and assist Ithala in attracting business to the Ezakheni Industrial Estate; after all filling vacant factories means job creation and a lift to our local and national economy.
This month we’ve provided you with an update on our Ithala Ezakheni Commercial Centre, its fingers crossed at this stage, but scroll down to our section concerning our centre for an update.

Exciting News Update!
Last month in March we listed our Ezakheni Estate Commercial Centre that’s located in Blue Street; sadly the shops in this small centre are currently vacant. In line with Ithala’s vision for filling all vacant properties providing much needed job’s for our economy, Ithala has recognised the need for the revitalisation of this centre.
Ithala’s SMME (Small Medium Micro Enterprises) Division is considering taking up this challenge and filling our centre.
The Estate sent out a circular early in April 2012 to our Estate tenants asking them for their thoughts and opinions on what services could benefit our Estate. A big thank you to those of you that responded yourcomments and recommendations have been taken into consideration.  For those of you that didn’t respond the good news is that there’s still time to fax us your completed form.
